Shawn Snook, President of Complete Payments, Inc., has built a strong reputation in customer relations through his formal process improvement background, including Six Sigma.  He is a proven leader in leading teams through all project management phases, and has specialized in the  implementation of new technology into process improvement projects.
 
Prior to joining Complete Payments, Inc., Mr. Snook was a Director Six Sigma for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and was directly responsible for Six Sigma projects in the Westin Hotels brand and the corporate offices.  In addition, Mr. Snook was a Training & Development manager for Westin Hotels, providing all customer service training to management and staff.   Mr. Snook’s background also includes managing a Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokerage franchise in La Quinta, CA.
 
Mr. Snook received his BA, cum laude, from the Hilton School of Business at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.   Mr. Snook received his Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Inc. at their corporate offices in White Plains, New York.

Gary Hickox, Chief Executive Officer of Complete Payments, Inc, has a strong track record of achieving results in services, telecommunications, and Internet businesses, and is highly skilled at infusing new technology into established businesses. He is also recognized as an expert in merchant and payment processing, telecommunications, Internet services, and consumer marketing.

Mr. Hickox is CEO of FreedomStarr Communications, Inc, in addition to his role as CEO of Complete Payments, Inc. Prior to joining AmericanFone, Mr. Hickox was President and CEO, and a Director of Direct Marketing Connections, Inc. where he successfully raised $2 million in debt financing, launched a consumer retail website (getacard.com) and direct mail operation. As President and COO at jfax.com (now J2 Global Communications), Mr. Hickox lead the company’s successful IPO.

Prior to leading start-up and growth companies, Mr. Hickox enjoyed a career spanning 20 years at AT&T, one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies. While there he piloted the first Internet telephony service and brought virtual private networks to market. He was also responsible for bringing advanced voice call features, cellular phones and videophones to the market place. While living in Frankfurt and Vienna, Mr. Hickox led AT&T Consumer Products global entry.

Mr. Hickox received his BA, cum laude, from Dominican University of California. He engaged in postgraduate study at Babson College, in Boston, Columbia University’s Arden House facility in Harriman, NY, and at INSEAD, in Fountainbleau, France.
